One Winter Night
Volunteer Opportunities

Event Photographer

We need two people each night to take photos and videos at the events. No professional skills necessary! Photos will need to be delivered to CU at Home staff by the day after the event.

Satellite Photographer

We need 6 photographers to for Friday night:

  • 1 at Windsor Road Christian Church

  • 2 at the Quad

  • 3 "Roamers" as needed

 

Hospitality

Four volunteers each night to help keep food & drinks stocked, greet guests, and keep areas clean.

Mocktail Servers

Two volunteers for Saturday to circulate through event guest areas offering mocktails.

​

Live Auction Spotter

Two volunteers for Saturday to observe bidders and signal to the auctioneer when someone raises a bid, ensuring no bids are missed

Join us in making a difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness in our community. At C-U at Home, we have several ways for individuals, groups, churches, and organizations to get involved:

​

  • Meal Donations: Help nourish our clients by providing home-cooked or catered meals. Your generosity ensures that those we serve receive nutritious meals throughout the week.

​

  • Church and Organization Partnerships: We welcome partnerships with churches, local businesses, and community groups looking to support our mission. From hosting donation drives to providing hands-on assistance, there are many ways to collaborate with us.

​

  • One Winter Night: Be part of our signature event held each February, where community members experience a night outside to raise awareness and support for those without homes. Volunteer opportunities include setup, participant support, and event logistics.
