Housing Navigation

Help to Find the Way Home

Our housing navigation program assists clients and community members who are working through the complexities of finding affordable housing. Staff help those seeking housing understand the voucher system and how to create a budget that will facilitate and sustain their ability to live on their own. Our Housing Navigator builds relationships with local landlords and housing agencies, identifying appropriate housing options for clients who are ready to move on from our shelter programs, and helping them work through that process.
