Case Management

Connecting people to resources

At C-U at Home, we want to put people on pathways to progress. Our case management team meets with our residents to connect them with resources. We recognize that many people struggling with homelessness need much more than simply food and shelter. Working together with various community agencies, we can point our residents toward a fresh haircut, clean clothing, mental health care, job opportunities, drug treatment, housing applications, or whatever an individual might need to take a step in the right direction.

Case Management

Case managers meet on a regular basis with all residents staying in our shelters. In addition, clients are able to attend morning programming at our office and service facilities at 309 S. Neil St. in Champaign.
