The Phoenix: Hope is Rising

The mission of C-U at Home is to engage and mobilize our community to help our friends without an address. Education and advocacy is an important element of who we are. Two professional videographers followed our ministry for several months and developed a powerful full-length documentary that teaches about homelessness and many related issues. The film chronicles our story from conception to birth to today. We have shown the film publicly more than 30 times and have had impact from Chicago to Terre Haute to Danville to Southern Illinois.

It’s our hope to show this film in many different venues over the following months including churches, schools, teams, civic organizations, and theatres. It has already won national and international awards at various film festivals. If you are interested in attending or hosting a screening of The Phoenix: Hope is Rising, please see our host a screening form!

You can find out more about how to support this documentary effort at the link below. DVD’s are available for purchase at The Phoenix for $20.
